At Holland Creek Homes, we offer a home-building experience infused with creativity, design and European craftsmanship that comes from a lifetime of building homes. Every project starts with a firm handshake and reflects a dedicated commitment to the owner’s vision and budget.

Since 2004, Holland Creek Homes has specialized in custom mountain homes.  Inspired by the mountains, our homes feature native products such as timbers, stone, and reclaimed materials. From concept to completion trust us with the project management and support in building your dream home, or for renovations and additions.

You’ll see our energy, creativity, and the commitment we put into our projects in the homes we build.  Every home is special, built with the consideration to detail and care it deserves.

Trust us to build the home you’ve always dreamed of coming home to.

ABOUT PAUL

Holland Creek Homes | About Paul | Paul Salvidge | Owner

Paul has been building quality homes in the Columbia valley since arriving here from Wales in 2004. He brings his vast knowledge and European craftsmanship, he was schooled in quality craftsmanship and the art of building homes to last hundreds of years. Paul opened his first company in 1992 as a custom and executive home builder and renovator of classic Victorian and Edwardian-era houses in Wales. His impeccable reputation allowed him to be a government-approved contractor for Heritage Masonry Restoration Projects.

Holland Creek Homes had its start in developing land into a multi-use subdivision and began constructing multi-family townhouses and single-family homes to sell. Quickly earning a reputation for straightforward dealings with integrity, keeping projects on time, and on budget. Holland Creek Homes has designed and built stunning homes throughout the Columbia Valley and managed extensive renovation projects on some timber-frame mountain homes.

They also partner with a local First Nations community to construct housing for band elders and help train community members to build their own homes and skills.

Paul, his wife Lydia and their children, and grandchildren have lived, worked and recreated in the Columbia valley since 2004. The outdoor lifestyle is what drew Paul and his family to Invermere – skiing, hiking, ice skating and boating are where you’ll catch the entire family on days off. They have fully embraced the Canadian Rockies lifestyle for almost 20 years, but secretly hope a proper English Pub serving fish and chips opens close by!
